Technology has done a funny thing with music. On the one hand, it has made production easier and more accessible; sounds previously unheard can now be produced at the click of a button, the turn of a knob. But on the other hand, technology -- and the internet broadly speaking -- has driven a wedge.

Due to rapid trend changing, the pace of media, and the speed at which people are producing music, the over saturation of the musical domain has reached a fever pitch, wherein even the dedicated music lover cannot make any sense of the impenetrable mass of sonic art that's out there today. The mass has driven a barrier. Between us.

HPR_COMP_001 is our offering to the listener lost in the wilderness of best new music. We present to you 17 tracks. Tracks that we love, from people that we love even more. This music was produced by people that we have met along the way, people who live among you.

In doing this, we hope to do our small part to make the world a better place, and support great artists along the way.
